A statutory trust may be organized to carry on any lawful business or activity, whether or not conducted for profit, and for any lawful purpose, in an active, passive or custodial capacity, including, without limitation, the following activities:

Carrying on a wide scope of business or professional activities as outlined in the governing instrument, at the discretion of the trustees and fiduciaries.

Carrying out any other profitable or potentially profitable lawful purpose, business, activity or activities.

Carrying out – including via agents, investment agents, independent contractors, affiliates or other entities or personnel – lawful business or activities with regard to acquiring, holding, managing, administering, controlling, operating, selling, buying, holding, mortgaging, leasing, conveying, investing in, reinvesting in, arbitrage in, trading in or with, speculation in or with, extending credit to, providing debt finance to, carrying on or providing business or professional activities or services in or with or for:

Including, with regard to the implementation of its authorized activities:

Maintaining bank accounts; creating or acquiring indebtedness, mortgages and security interests in real or personal property; securing or collecting debts or enforcing mortgages and security interests in property securing the debts; conducting; transacting business in interstate commerce.

Maintaining offices or agencies for the transfer, exchange and registration of the statutory trust's own securities or maintaining trustees or depositaries with respect to those securities; selling through independent contractors; soliciting or obtaining orders whether by mail or through employees or agents or otherwise; voting securities or other equity ownership interests owned by the statutory trust.

Providing for classes, groups or series of beneficial owners, or classes, groups or series of beneficial interests, having such relative rights, powers and duties as the governing instrument may provide, and may make provision for the future creation in the manner provided in the governing instrument of additional classes, groups or series of beneficial owners or beneficial interests, having such relative rights, powers and duties as may from time to time be established, including rights, powers and duties senior or subordinate to existing classes, groups or series of beneficial owners or beneficial interests.

Other lawful purpose activities, as may be required, necessitated or decided upon in order to carry out, progress or realize the aims, objectives and purposes of the Trust and its assets or its business activities.

WM Trust Company KB – a Trust Company that has as its General Partner and Limited Partner the companies Webtel.mobi (Holdings) Limited – is the Founder and Trustee of WM Investment Banking and Hedge Funds Statutory Trust Limited.

The Trustees of WM Trust Company KB and of WM Investment Banking and Hedge Funds Statutory Trust Limited, and the applicable clauses of the governing instrument of WM Investment Banking and Hedge Funds Statutory Trust Limited, have determined that the activities of WM Investment Banking and Hedge Funds Statutory Trust Limited will be made available, and carried out, as applicable, over the Online Platform of the company Webtel.mobi (Holdings) Limited (aka “WM”) and the Online Affiliate Platforms (aka “VSMPs”) of WM.
